Lumia 530 Questions

I have a Lumia 530,which was preloaded with 8.1. I have 2 questions:
1) does wp8.1 supports usb tethering for 3g
2)I do see some 1gb games patched for 512 mb devices. Are they safe to try??
This is my first wp and I love it I don't want to brick it I.thanks guys

Yes games are safe to try, but not sure of usb tethering, use a hotspot instead, as WP does support internet sharing

Well internet sharing is supported (I tether my Samsung galaxy and use wp to share my 3g).any idea whether gdr1 has that feature???
And please be kind enough to provide a link to download these patched games
