Lumia 535 is not showing Missed Call notifications

Lumia 535 is not showing Missed Call notifications on both SIMS. i have configure the settings Setting>notification+setting>Phone>show in action center(on)>show banner Alert (Check). But it is not working please suggest to solve the problem

That's odd, what about the tile itself does that update?

I don't suppose you have tried a battery pull?

I cant see missed calls and the network is always fluctuating
