Lumia 535 won't turn on :(

Dropped my lumia 535 in water a few days ago but I put it in rice and it was fine, then today it turned off and won't turn on - it had a full battery and I've been charging it for a while but nothing is happening. Soft reset isn't working either!!

Did you dry the phone properly ie. remove battery and sim ?
