Looks like the Lumia 620 is currently $50 at aiowireless.com
That's $10 less than you can get the 520 for at Wal Mart. Is it worth losing 0.2" of screen to gain a flash?

You'd be locked to AIO Wireless, whereas the 520 can use AT&T or any of their MVNO's. That's a personal choice between a slightly larger screen vs. a smaller screen with camera flash. It's only a $10 difference.

I don't think that's such a big deal. AIO / Cricket is one of the better AT&T MVNO's. $45/month for unlimited with 2.5Gb high speed on AT&T's network. Can't really beat that if your usage fits.

The only thing that really gives me pause is that the 620 hasn't been updated to black yet in the US. Given what T-Mobile did with the 810 I would think there is still a chance it never will. Amber/GDR2 was still somewhat of a pain on 8GB devices.

Lumia 620 is better than 520 IMO. Clearblack display. But poor battery life if you use internet.

You also get front camera on the 620. I have both and the front camera and flash are why I went with the 620. So far, like AIO Wireless and coverage much better than T-Mobile on the 521 in my area. Only downfall, besides for the above mentioned battery life, is still no Black update. Getting a bit ridiculous.

It really depends on how big your hands are (I'm not kidding). The 620 has front facing camera (VGA), flash and clearback screen. It's a really nice little device, however don't relay too much on Aio with the updates for that device, they took forever to release the Amber update and they haven't release the black update.

The 620 is being phased out on aio. They only have yellow left.i bet they will be selling the 630's that were just announced.

I've had the 520 in the past and prefer my 620 for the better screen and flash.
