Lumia 620 can't receive 8.1update

Hello, I;m from Taiwan.
According to the Nokia available chart, I can update to cyan.
However, no matter how I check for update or turn on/off my phone,
it still shows that my phone is in the newest version(lumia black).
How can I fix the problem?

Go to Extras+info and check your phone's region. Being in Taiwan doesn't mean your phone is Taiwan CV (I'm from the Philippines but my 1520 is Hong Kong CV, so you get the point). Your phone is probably a different country's variant that doesn't have Cyan yet.

Also, DP users cannot upgrade to Cyan directly. You'll have to downgrade to WP8.0 via Nokia Software Recovery Tool and update from there. Although some people reported downloading Cyan instead of Black via the same tool, which is good.
