Lumia 620 charging and connectivity problem..

My lumia 620(still on 8.0 gdr3) is suddenly having a problem with charging and pc connectivity.
It takes a lot of time to recognize the charger...and even after it starts to charge(very slowly).. after some time it just stops.... switches off.. on again...and starts to charge again...and then the same thing happens but less frequently on high powered plugs(the ones in india). When connected to pc(win8)....it usually was easily connected... but now it is giving a device has malfunctioned kinda error with a fluctuating charging.....help!!! :angry:
