Lumia 620 possibly bricked?

i restore factory settings of my lumia 620 until now the two gear spinning is on the screen how long does it takes before restarting??

I faced same problem last time I tried to hard reset my Lumia 620. After 1 hour, it was still showing two gears.

I pulled the battery out, and leaved the phone without battery for an hour. After an hour, I putted the battery back to the phone and turned on the phone. gears showed for a few minutes and then phone successfully booted.

Please let me know if this solved your problem.

because i let it for over 17 hours still its having two gear//ok i will try your idea to remove it....i just wondering why the battery olweiz lobat mode even though im noy unplugging it while the gears are spinning in 17 more hours

Try to use combination key to do soft reset/hard reset and do it for few times.Just wait for 30 minutes to 1 hour after every hard reset/ soft reset. I had the same problem when restore to factory setting and luckily this combination key saved my day. I did this for like 3 times before my phone reboot to normal.

Soft reset>Hold volume down button +lock button(hold for 10-15 second until it vibrate) = just like normal restart
Hard reset >Hold volume down button +lock button +camera button(hold for 10-15 second until it vibrate) = restore to factory setting

Forgot something. You need to charge your phone while doing the soft reset/hard reset. This will give more power to your phone. I guess the battery is always in a lobat mode because more power needed to restore to factory setting and it will keep draining your battery.

it is normal that the battery will be in lobat mode. Just plug it and wait for few minutes for the gears to appear, if your phone does not reboot after 30 minutes-1 hour, just do the combination key again. That's no harm to do it for few times as your phone bricked anyway.

Just do both combination for few times.if it does not help, just go to the nokia care and ask for replacement.

Another thing! Maybe you want to remove your sd card and simcard while doing that because having both of them on your phone might slow down the reset process. I took out both sd card n simcard while doing the phone reset.

No worries Dude! I had the the same problem with same Lumia 620 device. Just take out the SIM and SD card before You do the hard reset and everything will be working properly!
