lumia 620 restarts by itself since installed the latest update of 8.1

yesterday i got the notification for a new update of windows 8.1 from preview for developers.I was already struggling with the problem of random reboots throghout the day but then after yesterday the phone started rebooting and wont start. it doesnt start booting by using the power button.If i connect the charger it starts booting but the crashes and starts booting again and again and again and so on..

Hard reset will help if not contact Nokia Care.

I have been having the same issues. Also, it get's extremely laggy/buggy sometimes and I have to pull the battery and sometimes says I need to scan the SD card to fix issues. I have reset the phone, formatted the SD card and nothing is helping so far. Thinking of recovering to WP8 at this point and seeing if that helps. Then if not sending it back to Nokia

Any suggestions? Do I need to roll back to WP8 to get warranty service?
