Lumia 620 Will Not Start Up

So my lumia 620 has been having this issue where it won't let me open some apps and I usually have to restart it or reset the phone as a whole. This has happened 45 times since May. Today my Manga Blaze app wasn't working so I tried the soft reset but the phone didn't turn back on like it normally should. I took out the battery, put it back in and held the power button until the phone vibrated. Still nothing but a black screen. This happened once before and I had solved it by taking out the battery, putting it back and then plugging the phone into the charger. This time it didn't work. I plugged in the charger, it vibrated but nothing else. I've tried button pressing combinations, hard reset, soft reset, power button, leaving it on charging, and I finally decided to use the one thing that worked every time, Nokia Software Updater for Retail. This time though it would not detect my phone. I tried re-plugging, soft reset, taking out the battery and then plugging and the power button. Still nothing has worked and it will not detect my phone. Someone please tell me what is going on and how to fix it. Thank You.
