I have lumia 620 512MB RAM and 8GB memory, I will have to upgrade to W10M?

Yes I have L620 too... I updated to win10 but returned to win8.1 few days ago... Was fed up of bugs lags n rapid drainage of battery... If it's ur primary phone I suggest u to wait for official update.
