Lumia 625 restarting automatically

My secondary phone Lumia 625 restarting automatically. When I try to open app restarting, when do nothing restarting. I'm trying to install soft from windows phone recovery room still restarting. What to do?

Have you cleared the temporary files etc? (Storage sense), maybe you have too many apps running in the background or on the start menu? If not then a soft or hard reset at best.

I can't go to settings after 3-5 sec phone restarting. I'm trying soft rest nothing trying other options and nothing. When I plug in to PC restarting

You can hard reset with side keys. Just can't remember the routine too well.

II'm trying that. Hold volume down when phone vibrating on boot loading, when the ! Symbol is volume up down power volume down and nothing normal booting to start screen
