Will the 625 be able to use T-Mobile's lte network?

So, no. These are European frequencies primarily.

What kinds of speeds could be expected on Tmobile? At lease H+?

Current compatible specs look to only be basic GSM. I would expect they'd have to release a custom 625 for T-Mobile (think how they have the 521 rather than more standard 520).
