Lumia 630 vs Lumia 640 XL vs Lumia 650

So I am currently using a Lumia 630 for over a year and looking at all of these newer phones was quite hard for me without having one of those.
I have been reading other threads where 640 was compared to 650, but I am more into 640 XL vs 650 as I really want to buy a phone that will last a bit longer with it's specs (my 630 only has 512 MB of RAM). As far as I understood, the main difference between 640 and 640 XL is the screen size, rear camera and the battery life.
I have also seen many complaints about the Lumia 650, mostly about the processor and as far as I have seen, people who were complaning were gamers. Personally, I do not really game a lot on my phone, so that's not the deal braker for me, but I would be very thankful if the ones who used both 640 XL and 650 or have any kind of other expirience with these two phones could state their opinions here. :evil:

P.S.: I am not living in US and Lumia 640 XL here would cost about 300 € and Lumia 650 about 250€.

...and most of the people complaining hadn't even used the device. 650 isn't a gaming device but it is a fantastic, premium feeling handset. The oled screen is gorgeous and the standby battery life is excellent (2% overnight). I own a 640XL too which is also a great device. Similar performance but more screen real estate and better battery life. There is no comparison in 'in hand' feel though. The 650 wins hands down. Nearly forgot, 16gb on board storage too and was built for W10. Optimisation is good and the general navigation around the system is snappy. You will see I have posted a few times about this phone...well mainly because it has impressed me...a lot when I wasn't expecting it. I read the pre-press reviews about poor chipset etc. Truth is it works well.

I saw somewhere a comparison of the 640 and 650 and there wasn't much in it, the 650 was slightly quicker in the benchmarks and actual usage was pretty much similar, the XL won't be any much different.
I've a 640XL and a 630, running WM10 on them is night and day, the 630 is slow and sluggish but the 640XL runs it well, not as quick as my 930 but very well considering the specs.

If you fancy second-hand then the 930 can be in your budget.

Thanks, but I am not quite sure how does the shipping work from MS Stores. Considering my location, German MS store would be the closest one for delivery + the currency would be same but it would be definetley easier for me to order thing in English
