Yes, the Go Phone is the same phone, and all Go Phones work perfectly on AT&T postpaid or prepaid services and on all AT&T MVNOs also with no unlocking required. In fact, I have read that you can use the same SIM card in your Go Phone as your regular AT&T service. Go Phone runs on the same servers as the postpaid AT&T--just doesn't include any roaming.
