Lumia 635 at Target

Found the 635 in store at local Target on Brightspot. It is $129 off contract with Brightspot. Has anyone ever gotten a Brightspot prepaid phone to work with a T-Mobile sim card?

I have never heard of bright spot, is this in the US?

It's a prepaid service available only at Target in the US that uses T-Mobile's network.
