Lumia 635 infinite spinning wheel, then sadface. How can I fix this?

I believe my Lumia 635 is bricked. During an upgrade to Denim, the phone randomly reset and no longer boots. It shows NOKIA, then boots to an infinite spinning gear loop. Eventually, it shows a ":-(" and stays there.

I have tried the button tricks and tried resetting it many times. Still nothing.
Is there a way to fix this? If not, its not a big deal. I can use my 520, but I prefer the bigger screen on the 635.
