Lumia 640 can't install any apps

I am un able to install any apps from store with error code 0x80070070

Check if date/time/region are set correctly

This is because I have used interop tools as in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZSi9TbtPmk this video no fix from there for this issue any one else having a solution?

Must to hard reset,don't changs dynamyc memory

Ya hard reset is one of the way but I really miss that speed with 512 MB ram I was using Facebook for hours without a single crashes. Even switch between apps was faster. This is the only problem people are facing it will be lots better if we solve this some how.
