Lumia 640 - Email not loading

Hi All
I have had the 640 for over a year no problems then today i cant get any emails on it
all it keeps saying is loading .
Has anyone any idea what i can do.

check your Internet connection


do a soft reset > volume down+lock key

do a soft reset > volume down+lock key

That little trick (soft reset) has fixed more problems than I can shake a stick at. Always the first thing I try if I'm having any type of issue now.
