Lumia 640 little bit loose in the upper right hand corner, what can I do?

lumai 640 little bit loose in the upper right hand corner

Just perchased a lumia 640 and have noticed that the top right hand coner cover is a little loose and with and when pushed down abit make noise. Is the part of the design or do i need to take it back to the store. Not sure if thi i meant to be like this for eaier removal or do i need to take it back to the shops

They all do that as the back pops off on the 640 its a bit more noticeable than on the 635 and 520 probably due to larger size
