Have Windows 10 and from time to time freeze. Must remove battery and restart phone. Before windows 10 no problems. Pls help

Don't remove battery, use Soft Reset (hold vold down + power for 15 secs then release and phone vibrates)

Did you upgrade directly from 8.1 and not making an hard reset? It's like a fresh win10 install on a pc

Don't know nothing Soft reset. Will use it.
Upgrade directly from 8.1 to Win Mobile 10.
