Lumia 640 LTE Some settings are managed by your organzation

I bought a Cricket Wireless Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE and updated the phone to Windows 10 Mobile version 10.0.14393.953. When I go to update and security, choose phone update, and select restart options. I am unable to select any of those settings when I go back I get Some settings are managed by your organization. Does anybody know how to correct this issue?

I get this error too from time to time. Don't pay much attention to it tbh.

Try switching insider rings/make sure time/region/date are all correct

Some of the insider builds had this issue for awhile. I believe it has been corrected in the newer builds as I haven't noticed.
