lumia 640 not sycing

lumia 640 wont sync on my outlook email. gives an error code of 80040077. please help!!

I forget now what error I had but I had a similar issue. I signed into outlook.com, clicked the "settings" gear in the upper right and selected "Options". Opening "general" on the left, there is a heading for "Mobile Devices". I removed my phone and rebooted the phone, then re-synced successfully. Your phone should re-appear there and even if this isn't the solution, it shouldn't cause any problems.
