Lumia 640 sensor bug

Hi while calling normally screen light automatically off when I touch my phone to ear
Today I face some problem with my Lumia 640.when I take phone to ear while calling light can not off automatically, is any buddy using 640 face this problem???
Solution please...

Are you using any screen protector? Or is the area near the earpiece of your phone a bit "dirty" already?

Make sure that nothing is obstructing the proximity sensor (located near the earpiece of your phone) - just make sure that that area is clean, and let us know if that works.
