Lumia 640 won't start?

i buy it from last month ago now its scree gose black and battery 0% i try to charge noting happen just vibrate and screen still black i try to use windws recovery tool but my pc not recognize my phone

try a different charger and charging cable and leave it on charge
Then try again starting the phone

okay, try to remove the battery and then put it back in and try to start the phone
Also

if possible, try to get a new battery online or from a store

i am already have 2 lumia device and try other battery noting even my pc don't detect it -_-
