Lumia 640 XL 13MP Camera help

So I was confirming if the 640XL really has 13MP because whenever I shoot a pic it doesn't give me the option to select the resolution. I've seen some info that it really shots 10MP. How do I get it to shoot 13MP?

If you set the aspect ratio setting to 4:3 it will shot 13 MP resolution
