Lumia 640 xl battery random restarts

After the anniversary update, the phone restarts randomly.
When I plug it in to charge, a few minutes it says battery full.

I downgraded it back to 8.1 and it worked fine. When I upgraded, the issue re-occurred

try updating to anniversary update without restoring and then do a factory reset after updating
