Lumia 640 XL - Whatsapp (V 2.16.14) Video (<4MB) Sending Problem

Hi Every one,

After updating WhatsApp on my Lumia 640XL, When i try to send a video even the video is less than 4MB. It takes like 10-15 min while sending. The Progress Bar Stops on 99% or sometimes on 100%.

Anyone else having same issue?
