Only by exchanging handsets. If you're on contract, you'll need to contact your service provider for ugrade options.

It's kind of an exchange offer When the 630 was released 520 users were given a chance to upgrade to 630 like switching your old phone for a new one by paying less

In which case you'll need to sell your old handset and buy the new one. You may be able to use the old one as a trade-in but of course this depends on the shop.
