Lumia 640XL or Refrubished L1520 or Refurbished L930?

Lumia 640XL or Refrubished L1520 or Refurbished L930

I am planning to buy a new windows phone in couple of days-on coming festival season in India. And my wallet has money to buy new L640XL.

In some online stores in India, I saw refurbished L1520 and L930 are being sold for almost same/little higher price than L640XL.

So now I am confused whether to go for brand new L640XL or refurbished L1520/930.

Also the online stores has many categories like Factory second, Refurbished, Carton damaged, surplus.
Many sites say what these categories are. But still I am not sure the order in which we can go for. Which one of these categories is recommended most?

if you like the size of the phone, the L1520 definitely beats the 640XL (5.7") in specs (better camera, better screen, better cpu etc) at a similar size (6"). I probably would take the L1520 myself if I had the opportunity.

really will be your decision. there are some opinions here.
it's is well possible that you get a refurbished with visible blemishes. It could also be brand new.
