Yes, battery is loose. If you shake the phone without a back cover, battery will fall out.

No, it doesn't Although random reboot is rare but that's due to the buggy OS. Its really getting better now. The last random reboot for me was 2-3 weeks ago.

Can you be sure? Lumia 520 is/was plagued with random reboot from poor battery fit. I'd try the paper shim trick if I even suspected loose battery was a problem. YMMV

I noticed the loose Battery also. Thankfully it hasn't randomly rebooted because of it though.

Yep, I had exactly the same problem. Returned it to store (UK) and they swapped it. No more movement from he battery!

Yes i observed the same.
The battery is too weak it get discharged on stand by mode also.

I was a big fan of window , i had lumia 620 and now made a mistake by trusting window and bought 650.

Yes and it has a serious problem , may the due to bad fitment quality.

I don't think faith/trust is misplaced in Microsoft simply based on the Lumia 650. Will we all ever be satisfied with the hardware choices that are made for a device? Of course not. I will say this, however:

I find myself using my Lumia 640 more than my 650. It doesn't mean the 650 is a bad phone.
