Lumia 650 Double Tap to Wake update confirmed in India. What about other regions?

So I got the update two days ago. Double tap works really well !! Feels great to have it 'back'. Do note. I got the update OTA.
The device definitely feels a bit as far as performance is considered. I'm not seeing many lost icons in the all app list when fast scrolling now.
Will update the post with the latest AnTuTu score if anyone wants.

The other regions either just got the update or they already have it by now. Double tap to wake is a nice thing to have.
