lumia 650 messenger calling??

I would like to call with messenger, but for some reason my version of messenger (any version, the ordinary or the beta) look different then on other phones and there is no calling function on it... Do I have the wrong version? And if.. Where to get the right one?

Messenger on Windows 10 Mobile hasn't been updated in months I hear. And it was already far behind the competition, which also means lack of calling. If you really need calling, you're going to have to switch phones.
