Lumia 650 XL does not ring.,.,.

Hello,
I have Lumia 650 XL. It is great phone but it does not ring for all incoming calls for some reason. And those numbers are NOT in the blocked list.

It rings for all advertisers though - great job Microsoft.

I still have Windows 8.1 I think. Is there a fix w/out upgrading it to Win. 10?

Have you tried to do a master reset that might fix the problem
