Lumia 720 + class 4 SD card

Is out my phone or the SD card?
Slow, lagging, sometimes shows resuming for the start screen, sometimes it takes 15 seconds to save a photo.
Hard reset or get a new SD?

Get a class 10 SD card. I had the same problem and a class 10 solved the problem.

I am going to get ultra mobile SanDisk

Ultra mobile SanDisk is okay but it must be class 10.
