Lumia 720 Cyan Update Experiences?

I've recently updated my Lumia 720 to Cyan via OTA after I just wake up. Actually Cyan firmware was available for my country (Indonesia) since August but via NSU, I got struggle to use NSU but it won't read my phone. And I use WP8.1.1 Developer Preview

I got the Tx/Rx indicator (like BlackBerry, but different) on cellphone and Wi-Fi signal indicator. When I tested the camera, the noise significantly reduced (but still remain) and color slight vibrant when I using ISO 800. Equalizer without headset won't work. I don't know about Bluetooth 4.0 LE since I don't have any smart device like Fitbit.

And anyone who owning Lumia 720 with Cyan firmware has improved camera or somewhat?
