Lumia 720 hanged very often

Hi all,

my 10 days old lumia 720 gets hanged very often, even after doing "soft reset". m not running any extra apps except the ones which comes pre-installed with the phone nor have i updated it to amber/gdr2.

Pls tell me wat could be the prob. N also pls suggest me whether i should ask for a replacement or wait for the amber update.

exchange it ASAP. It mudt be due to some hardware defect !

yea i could say 720 firmware has little bugs to fix , it hangs often .But in your case, i guess you should talk to the retailers as one cant figure out this problem within just 10 days.more over you are also not using the extra apps
