does any one observed that your Lumia-720 reboots randomly , mine happened 3 times
1. once when the music was playing
2. When i opened a app called Tune In
3. When i disconnected a call and at the same time i got a SMS

has any other one experienced these kind of reboots?

Hi I've the same problem. Totally irritated with this issue. Nokia has no support on this issue. Know a couple of guys more having this problem, they got their phone replaced and their new phones are working fine. No one at Nokia Care seems to know of this problem. Doesn't Nokia maintain an issue log. I am a Nokia loyalist but after this experience having second thoughts.

hey guys, i just bought lumia 720...facing an issue regarding voice quality, volume at the receiver's end gets low in between...voice goes really low and comes back.

have searched, and found similar problem is coming in Nokia 820. the discussion said something about noise cancellation, but effects negatively. has anybody else got this problem/ solution to this problem.

How to play youtube in lumia 720? there are no official app from google or microsoft or nokia i store .. there is a third party app .. it is not able to play any video... i tried with browser in vain...

The microphone in lumia 720 is somehow very much attached to the body of the phone, so even a small movement of the phone produces huge noise in the voice recording? What about other owners?

May get used to rebooting and freezing if you are playing with many apps. Also I believe we have to show patience to load the song list in case you are greedily downloading loads of songs from Nokia Music. Mostly half cooked apps are responsible for the blackouts... most apps are buggy, breaks quite easily and makes the system unstable... even happens with old popular apps... like Listen, Music Alarm, Music Wall, etc.

Remove buggy apps and reboot your phone and show a little patience if it is saying resuming.... should solve!!

Im planning to buy Lumia 720 Cyan for my sister. Just wanted to know about the color, is it looks good or is it too brighty... buying black color is a safe choice but it'll be same like any other phone. Also what about the matt finish, is it prone to get durty easily.

Hello yougaiz! I have a white Lumia 720. I'm from Mumbai.
I wanted to ask whether there is a limit on the number of apps that can be installed without the app screen getting alphabetically categorized? I previously had the Lumia 510 which worked on Windows 7.8 where the app screen automatically got alphabetically categorized after I hit 45 apps! There was no way to get back the original screen expect by doing a hard reset. I don't like the categorization. I'm hoping its not there in Windows 8. Can someone clarify? I currently have about 38 apps installed. I'm apprehensive to cross 45 cuz of this.

hi guys.. 2 days before i bought lumia 720 (black) its Looks COOL... i wanted to ask lumia user what is your battery estimated time remaining at 100% mine is showing 13hours, is it normal? I already turned off the location,wifi, bluetooth, background tasks and such, then charged my cell...

Estimate decreases when your cpu is on load, after sometime the estimate goes up

i had buyed lumia 720, 1.8 month back. The phone is just awesome...

But it is bloody dedicated, it got fallen from the bed (2 ft.) and the display got damaged.I visit the Nokia Care for the problem and i was knowing it will be done on chargeable basis.
But, they charged me 10990/- for the display replacement.

Just to infrom the user,...............pls. HANDLE WITH CARE

Lately my Lumia 720 has been giving me some problem. Actually a lot of problem.... First it used to shut(power down) automatically...Secondly it used to vibrate continuously until i power down it manually... Lastly and the most frustrating one,person at the receiver end is not hearing my voice clearly...Everyone is complaining that your voice drops down suddenly...

Have tried everything... Factory Reset my phone twice thinking it might be a software glitch...Have changed my telecom connection...also formatted my SD card...even visited the priority care twice..Pretty helpless...

Guyssss help pls...Has anyone encountered this problem before???
Should i submit my phone at the priority care ??
Is this a hardware problem?? Will it be replaced??

Thanks. Yes. Even Microsoft clarified that the limit still exits. I'm hoping they will roll out an update soon to make it optional.

If you dont like the alphabets, when you enter your app list, press the search icon. It takes away the alphabets from the display. I find the alphabets useful.... I just tap "a", that brings up the alphabet, and then I tap the alphabet I want, so I dont hv to scroll to the end to get to, for example "YouTube" or "whatsapp". Its easy to navigate with the alphabet
