Lumia 720 screen dead

Hi,
My lumia 720 screen is complete dead from past 12 hours. I can hear it ringing when smone calls n bottom 3 icons glow. But no display ! screen appears blank. I cant even soft reset since by down volume button is also not working. Pls help!!!!

Looks like there's no other real option other than repair, and on the double!
