Lumia 720 speakers distortion.

Hello, m new to wpcentral and it is awesome website. I got Lumia 720 2-3 months back. From starting it had some distortion in its speaker, i thought it is phones particular drawback, but my friend who has 720 doesn't have this problem.now a days i got heavy distortion in speakers while listening music, for incoming calls, notification everything, but audio work fine and good in earphones. Also whole in putting call in speaker mode the voice distorts but works fine while speaker is off. Is it software problem or my handset is defected. Its so irritating that i started to keep my phones ringing vol from 3-9..

Solved

Problem is solved. Took my Lumia to Nokia care they said its the hardware problem and ringer is damaged. They gave it back in half an hour. Everything is fine but software is degraded to amber, now i have to update it to black again..
