When i took any photo with my Lumia 720 the image is shown twice in the gallery. If i delete anyone of the photo means both the photos are getting deleted from the phone. Anyone please help me to fix the problem.

Try to perform Reset and also format your SD Card.

When connecting phone to your PC don't rename your phone every time if you do so it may duplicate the data.
Wat hell now my volume reduce button is not working.. I tried soft reset but if my reduce button is not working so it is not responding.. Even i tried with my music player the same problem persists..
