Lumia 730 fails to load internet content on both Wi-Fi and cellular network and loses functionality

Since yesterday morning my Lumia 730 randomly fails to connect to any internet service. I mean WhatsApp is working but it fails to load pictures. Internet explorer is not working. The device itself randomly stops functioning so every time that happens I have to do a soft reset. Also I tried a soft reset, switching SIM cards, connecting to different Wi-Fi networks, freeing up some space, deleting some apps. Is it possible that the SD card I've recently put into my l730 caused all these problems? (I have some apps installed on SD card, the last time I turned it on it showed a dialogue saying that I the SD needs to be scanned and fixed (or something like that) I've done it and it all started).

Time to reset your phone. I don't prefer installing apps in your sd card. It somehow messes up your phone. If the problem doesn't go away by itself it won't be an easy job fixing your phone manually.
