Is the rear cover hot or the screen?

730 does not get hot, even if you play games then too it gets slightly warmed. I think your device is faulty..u shud have it replaced.

This thing happens in every smartphone.
You can figure out once more time, otherwise submit device to Nokia Care.

Try to soft reset it, if that doesn't help then go to Nokia Care.

My new Lumia 730 heating up only 5-10 minutes of usage..Not heavy usage ..it's getting hot during very simple tasking like taking pictures,massaging,browsing etc.is it normal??..I'm a Lumia user since last 5 years I have used many Lumia device but I never seen this kind of heating ..please help me can I replace it??..what is the replacement process?? Is there any compliant email id ??..is anybody else facing this kind of issue??..please share your personal experiences!!

1. Try a soft rest after backup. If it doesn't work...
2. Try a hard rest after backup. If it doesn't work...
3. See a service center.

My Lumia 730 does not get hot even after long gaming sessions. Better get it checked at service center ASAP.

Charger heating is fine. My lumia doesn't heat up on using simple tasks. Its only when I browse continuously on Data or take several photos.. Or playing heavy games

i have heating issue in right side of screen...where theare of sim and SD card. after this heat is transmitted to screen. if i stop playing game or downloading.. the heat decreases. does it effect set or battery ?.I lost all the papers including warranty card .
is there any solution ?

Man if I am not wrong it does not depend whether you have papers or not just take it to them they will check its warranty from Microsoft's website using your phone imei no.

Hey gaurab. I too had this one side heating problem. Please tell me is it still there or your found a solution to it. Unfortunately, I have not yet even after soft, hard and recovery tool resets. Please someone help me. Thank you.
