Lumia 735 or 640?

Been an android user for two-three years and now want some change.I like WindowsPhone, so should I get the 735 or the wait for 640?

Well that depends on how much you like the oled display, if its a must have , I'd say "wait for 740" it will be coming soon (hopefully) or if u don't care about oled, then I'd say go for 640

eh, I think the 735 would be my choice.
just a different set of compromises.

The 640 is way cheaper, has a slightly bigger battery and a better rear camera (8MP vs 6.7MP).
The 735 has an oled display (no glance) and a better front facing camera (5MP vs 1MP).

IMO the 735 has a better design, but the 640 seems the clear winner here.
I'm hoping the 740 will come soon or I'll go for the 640.

If I were you, I would be buying 735. Cause it has better design, small screen (I prefer small phones though 735 is still large), better cameras, etc.
Now ofcourse if you need dual sim or glance functionality, 640 is the phone to buy.

Same problem here... But rather thinking about 735.
735:
+OLED (much more attractive for me than IPS when hands-on in store)
+Carl Zeiss - Im convinced 6MP Zeiss is better than average 8MP. Also I read Rich Capture and Dynamic Flash will be also available for 735 after update. Correct me if Im wrong coz forums are confusing. (You can find that, there is Lumia Camera 5 only for PureView, Lumia Camera 5 will be default for WP10, 640 is not PureView and has Rich Capture, Dynamic Flash... so I really dont know . So I hope 735 wont have the Lumia Camera 5 in way like the 930/Icon/830/L1520 has, but it will feature RichCap/DynFlash/HDR)
+5MP front camera
+ I got free FitBit Flex by 30.Mar only in UK (activity wristband)

640:
+Dual Sim LTE (folks saying DualSim decrease performance - is it true?)
+2500mAh (maybe because DualSim and therefore it wont last as long as single-sim 2200mAh 735)
+Glance (good but not superB for me)

Personally I much prefer the design of the 640 over the 735.

Overall I would go for the 640.

It's a bit lower end, or at least has a different set of compromises.

Maybe he meant the 640 does not support wireless charging? Which is true.

Btw I mentioned the 740 obviously hoping it would come soon, not suggesting that it was in fact coming. FYI in the mean time I did buy the 640 and I'm super happy with it :grin:
