Lumia 8.1 update 2 isn't shown in Microsoft account, any suggestions?

lumia 8.1 update 2 isnt shown in microsoft account

i have updated the software of my lumia 540 and now it is not showing the devices that are registered in microsoft account before that update everything was okay but now this sucks
any suggestions ?
