using my Nokia Lumia 800 (WP7.8) to play a game yesterday and immediately afterwards, the lock screen froze. Did the soft reset (volume down + power) and screen works perfectly after reboot. However, once it locks then it's frozen again. Tried hard reset (Volume down button + power + camera) but got the same result. (Although I can't tell the difference between hard and soft resets as phone doesn't appear any different in terms of content)
This has to be a s/ware problem as the screen works fine once it doesn't go into "lock" mode. I've seen posts for similar issue in this forum but the reset seems to have sorted it out for them.
Any help greatly appreciated.
