I want resolve my Lumia 820 have heating problem what I do

This happens with my L820 too. It heats a lot and the battery becomes empty quickly. I don't know but I think it's because the phone is old and it needs a new battery.

Hi,
Are you using your phone with the 4G cellular network? I had the same problem and I limited celular use to 2G/3G and it solve this problem.
