there is a quick fix , try to use nokia creative studio and play with different options like increase contrast,etc

After I take the photos, I select edit, then auto-fix "magic wand". That works. Black update really ruined the 820 camera...even my friends' 925 has the same issue.

Hey this wp 8.1 has somewhat reduced greenish tinge effect caused by lumia black.my lumia takes sharp photos at night with portrait night setting.thanks Microsoft.

I used sandisk 64gb class 10 card and worked fine on my 820

Samsung is the best imo.

I used 64GB Sandisk Class 10 Ultra (On Galaxy S4 and Lumia 820) and Now using Samsung 64GB Pro Class 10 (On Galaxy S4)

Samsung card is :
70 MB/s Read speed and 20 MB/s write speed
10 years warranty (sandisk only 5 years I think)

Yea bro the battery life is disappointing. I'm gonna buy a portable charger in this week.
Edit-
With 3G on, my battery dropped from 49% to 34% in 5 minutes. It's a joke of a battery in the Lumia 820.
Switch to 2G and it gets some more life, thought still not good. Also, what good is a phone if I can't use 3G on it for the fear of running out of juice!

Finally I got black colour back panel with wireless charging, it is better than normal back panel. It was slightly bigger than normal one. But camera could not touch surface and secured by scraches.

yeaah it supports. i m using 16 gb class 10 Sandisk sd card in my 820
