Lumia 820 version 3051.50009.1424.0009 on NSRT. Philippine CV

Hmmm... I looked at the latest software firmware that I can install in my 820 Philippine CV and it showed version 3051.50009.1424.0009. My current version is 3051.40000.1347.1001. I don't know if this is 8.1 Cyan but proceeded to install it anyways. I don't know what will happen. lol

Was able to check it today, also shows 3051.50009.1424.0009 for me too. Is this a downgrade to WP 8.0 and then Cyan? 1.55 GB is huuuuge btw.
