Lumia 830 metal frame issue or not?

Found that on the left side there is no gap at all (or maybe some kind of additional plate?) between the screen and the frame. It's not a dust. Do you think this can be a defective frame, and I may apply for a warranty service?

There is no such thing on my Lumia 830. The only gap whatsoever between the frame and the screen is on the bottom, which isn't a defect but a design quirk.
