Lumia 830 or 930

Guys I need some help. I have enough money to buy either the Lumia 830 or the 930. I know the 930 specifications are better but on a daily basis sometimes the functioning of the mobile is what matters. To the point: Which one should I get? Something else, my carrier is Claro in Dominican Republica which has the 2100 band. Will the international version of these phones work in LTE?

The LTE will work on both phones.
